When to Come
Knowing where to stay, in relation to your work obligations and when to come, to avoid the city at its most crowded periods will definitely make your visit a more pleasant one. The city is so immense that it would be completely impractical for you to stay on one side of the city and work in another.

Having to deal with the city's traffic is a cause of stress as it is in any major metropolitan area these days and is clearly not the way you'll want to spend your time in São Paulo.

Thoughtful planning to come during holiday weekends or the vacation seasons of January or July will also allow you to avoid the congestion of the city and facilitate your taking advantage of the many riches the city has to offer.

October is also a great month to visit, as the city is colorful with blossoming yellow and purple flowers!
